Who We Are

Best Bark Mulch is owned and operated by twin brothers Tyler and Brady Mainka. We're a family-run bulk mulch delivery, installation, and landscaping company based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, serving homeowners and businesses across Waukesha County, including Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Sussex, Waukesha, Wales, and the surrounding communities.

We started this business for a simple reason: we saw too many people getting inconsistent yardage, mystery-sourced product, and the runaround on delivery. So we built the company we'd want to buy from. Tyler runs the digital side and works directly with customers on their projects. Brady runs operations and the yard. Between us, we're involved in every order that goes out.


What We Actually Do 

We deliver premium bulk mulch by the cubic yard, no bagged product, just clean bulk material dropped right where you need it. We also install it. Our crews handle mulch installation, bed edging, and full curb-appeal work, so you can have it delivered to your driveway or have us spread it for you, beds edged and finished.

Here's something most mulch companies won't tell you: we make a lot of our own product. We run a wood-waste recycling operation, taking in tree waste, wood chips, and old mulch that would otherwise get dumped, and grinding it down into fresh mulch. It's better for the environment and it lets us control the quality of what ends up in your beds. We carry brown, black, hemlock, cedar, and natural hardwood options.
